Happily married with the first woman who agreed to marry him, Robert Dale Nugen, Jr. and his wife Wende enjoy attending soccer games and recitals with their 2 children, Bobby and Stephanie.

The family has three cats, who came into the marriage from the start, 4 gerbils for the kids to enjoy, and 3 survivors of 8 fish purchased for the kids a couple years ago.

Robert Dale Nugen, Jr. wants only to work hard for his family, and has become an upper level manager in his first job out of university.  He cares deeply for the well being of his 15 total employees, but family comes first, and work stays at work.
