	~~Just now I was inspired~~ to get U-Cow's website up-to-date with pictures, but signed up for idrawandpaint.com instead.		Woke up about an hour ago and did the first third of reiki charging, then did the first morning of channel building (as part of building my antahkarana) then decided to get U-Cow's website up-to-date with pictures, but signed up for idrawandpaint.com instead.


			I still have a bit of a headache, but it might be better than some hours ago. or worse; hard to remember

	PS: I'm well aware that I haven't been writing as many entries recently as less recently. Part of the issue is having this new computer not set up to do journal entries as easily as my other computer. So I'm writing in my wiki here instead of on my journal. 			I took a long shower, including doing neti. Feeling warm overall. Still a bit of a headache. I think my room needs a big cleansing. I'm washing my sleeping bag now. i.e. I've tossed it into the washing machine with some detergent. I wish washing machines here used hot water.

			I'm going to read about how to oil paint and may start oil painting.

			Wait; I think I should meditate first.
