transferred from my local computer stuff I wrote a while back

New page

I met Yukiko at Kevin's family Christmas party in Kyoto on something like 18 December 2009. That
was the same night I met [[peeps:Kate (Kyoto)|Kate]], who let me be her love slave for the night. Part of my
duties included giving Yukiko a massage, which she enjoyed, despite her prior imagination that a
foot massage would hurt her.

During the rest of the party, we danced together briefly a few times, and one time we danced, or *I*
danced, with her piggy backed on my back. She is small and light, but my arms got tired after about
10 or 15 minutes.

We spent the night together side by side like platonic sardines, and kissed a bit in the morning.
We both have agreed that it doesn't bind us to anything, but we've stayed in touch via email, and by
phone on New Year's night.

On the evening that I left Kyoto, she came to see me off at the train station. That was when I
[[Times:2009.12.20 ripped my toenail in Kyoto Station|ripped my toenail]] while walking up the steps
to the shinkansen line. Thanks to Yukiko for having bandaids available!!

== The Reader ==

When we talked for nearly 2 hours, early on 1 January 2010, Yukiko suggested I watch _The Reader_,
starring Kate Winslet and Ralph Feinnes (sp).

I could appreciate Kate Winslet's character, though don't know why she got mad at him after she got
a promotion.. I did *not* understand Ralph Feinnes' character's motivations, except during their
love affair. Hell yah horny teen getting free sex. I understand that. But then wtf did he *not*
speak up in the courtroom about her reading skills? And worse, wtf did he *not* visit her in
prison? wtf???

During the same conversation, I said Pulp Fiction is my favorite movie. But after watching The
Reader (no blood, only implied violence), I'm going to suggest Yukiko *not* watch Pulp Fiction
without me or someone.
