			However, Lin didn't give up. Ted came back, a bit hungry, but otherwise apparently fine. He didn't scamper away when Lin tried to pet him, and he even let her take him inside.

We haven't even had him long enough for me to make a [[Peeps:Ted (cat)]] entry, but Ted has left the building. Lin was hanging clothes out on the balcony and Ted was like, whooosh and leapt from the balcony to the nearby roof and from there to the ground and has eluded everyone's attempts to capture him since. (30 hours now)

I'm not particularly bothered. He's a cat; he'll be fine. Lin took off early from work to try to catch him. She is still kinda thinking of him like a dog, which doesn't inform her as to how to bring him back into the house.
