Programming:How to publish an iOS app as of 2018

I know I wrote something like this before, but now I cannot find it. I looked in bitbucket, github gists, but not redmine, which I cannot seem to find now at redmine.robnugen.com. I also checked in https://new.robnugen.com/toots

I am writing this copy in my journal (which will be hard to find later) because it is easier to save my work here in Emacs than in Mediawiki, and I do not know how to make a /toot but let's try.
