The centre carries the Tagalog promise "ANG SALAPING ITO AY BAYARIN NG BANGKO SENTRAL / AT PINANANAGUTAN NG REPUBLIKA NG PILIPINAS", the blue-and-gold '''Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas seal dated 1949''', and two signatures captioned "PANGULO NG PILIPINAS" (Ramos) and "TAGAPANGASIWA NG BANGKO SENTRAL".
