One of a set of four F10 sized canvases in 2007, Strips was named for the short blue line segments drawn under all the other elements to sorta fill the space in the painting before it was due.

The color scheme of Strips is the "opposite" of the scheme for Spiral. For each painting, I used an acrylic color one one painting, and then used the remainder of the color on the other painting.

This piece was finished in time for my first art show, at The Pink Cow in July 2008.

Though it hasn't sold, it has been sealed and is currently gracing the wall with its 3 siblings at ELF in Tachikawa.
