Dru Daddy G is the first person I met in Japan, in Narita airport as we were waiting to be picked up and begin our new horrible careers in NOVA. Andrew and I are still vaguely in touch via the wonders of the internets, and I've visited him once outside Japan (when he lived in Seoul, Korea).
Rumor has stated he wants to come back to Japan and learn Japanese. I have no doubt he'll do it.
