Peeps:Sabina - Remote Viewing 001: 2009 May 21
My plan is for her to roll a six-sided die 12 times. The first ten times will be added together to get a number between 6 and 60 (which we'll call M). The last two times will be added together to get a number between 2 and 12 (which we'll call N).
Approximately 18 hours from now, those numbers will be used in the URL http://www.smugmug.com/popular/today/#P-M-N and display a big picture on the right hand side of the browser window.
I have already done the remote viewing, and will upload the pictures now, assuming they will not interfere with the picture selection tomorrow.

The Deets
This is Sabina's reply to my suggestion on how she choose a picture randomly:
Sorry to take so long to respond. I was investigating the results a little... Well, the numbers I came up with were 38 and 10. (So: smugmug.com/popular/today/#P-38-10) So, I went on the site and I put it in and what came up was a photo of a Prothonotary Warbler. However, when I put it in again, different photos came up every time. I looked up four total with that address (in the order listed): http://www.smugmug.com/popular/today/#541686698_92PLA http://www.smugmug.com/popular/today/#541751010_zXyBF http://www.smugmug.com/popular/today/#541839430_kyHVG http://www.smugmug.com/popular/today/#541686635_KUSF2 I did note, however, that putting in just [http://smugmug.com/popular/today/P-38-10 smugmug.com/popular/today/P-38-10] got the same image every time. So I guess my final thoughts on it are that your remote viewing would probably have been skewed by the fact that the address turned out different results each time. I propose that we repeat the experiment with no pound sign in the address bar. What do you think? Sabina
